①加油時(shí)，應(yīng)無壓力進(jìn)行。作業(yè)前應(yīng)將平口攪拌車周圍的灰塵等雜物清理干凈，以免進(jìn)入注油器。
① Refueling should be carried out without pressure. Before operation, dust and other sundries around the flat-mouth mixer shall be cleaned to avoid entering the oiler.
②注油器內(nèi)的潤滑油為普通柴油機(jī)油，可使用粘度為2.5-7度的潤滑油或工業(yè)40#油。儲(chǔ)油杯中的油應(yīng)及時(shí)更換。儲(chǔ)油杯容量以100ml計(jì)算，使用100小時(shí)為宜。

定期清洗空氣平口攪拌車的濾芯。由于濾芯太臟，進(jìn)入壓縮機(jī)氣缸的空氣中含有過多的灰塵，會(huì)加速氣缸和活塞環(huán)的磨損，容易形成積碳，影響氣閥的密封性能；會(huì)造成拉缸和竄氣，造成潤滑油污染，影響潤滑效果；當(dāng)氣體被竄氣時(shí)，也會(huì)出現(xiàn)油污現(xiàn)象。如果氣缸壁與活塞環(huán)之間的間隙過大，受污染的潤滑油就會(huì)進(jìn)入壓縮室。并形成油霧，污染壓縮空氣。
